The Walden Community Club (“WCC”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. WCC is a not-for-profit organization made up of multiple member entities, including Peel Condominium Corporations (PCCs) and Devonshire Properties.

We collect limited information—such as your name, phone number, email address, PCC number, unit address, and facility reservation details—when you voluntarily fill out forms on this site. This information is used solely to verify your membership, manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and, if you have opted in, to send community updates. We do not sell or rent personal data and will only share it when necessary to operate Club functions or comply with legal obligations.

Email communication is strictly opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails or by contacting us. You may also request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
